1. Données collectées à la création du compte
Lors de votre inscription (par e-mail, via Google Sign-In ou via Sign in with Apple), nous collectons votre nom, votre prénom et votre adresse e-mail. Si vous utilisez Sign in with Apple et choisissez de masquer votre adresse, nous recevons l'adresse de réacheminement fournie par Apple à la place de votre adresse réelle. Nous ne collectons pas de photo de profil et nous ne demandons pas de numéro de téléphone à la création du compte.
2. Données liées à vos annonces
Lorsque vous publiez une annonce (véhicule, pièce, publication « Spotted »), vous saisissez manuellement, dans le formulaire de l'annonce, votre localisation (ville/région) ainsi qu'un numéro de téléphone — nous n'accédons jamais à votre position GPS automatiquement, et nous ne collectons ce numéro que si vous choisissez de le renseigner sur une annonce. Ce numéro est alors affiché publiquement sur l'annonce afin que les acheteurs potentiels puissent vous joindre. Les photos que vous publiez sont hébergées via notre prestataire d'images (Cloudinary) et peuvent être analysées par notre outil d'intelligence artificielle interne pour valider l'image ou estimer un prix indicatif.
3. Suivi de dépenses véhicule
Les données que vous saisissez dans l'outil de suivi de dépenses (carburant, entretien, réparations, etc.) sont strictement privées et visibles uniquement par vous. Elles ne sont partagées avec aucun autre utilisateur.
4. Notifications, bannières et ce que nous ne faisons pas
Nous n'utilisons aucun outil d'analyse comportementale (analytics), aucune régie publicitaire, et nous ne suivons pas votre localisation en arrière-plan. L'application affiche des bannières promotionnelles de concessionnaires partenaires : elles ne sont pas personnalisées et ne reposent sur aucun suivi de vos données. Firebase est utilisé uniquement pour l'authentification (connexion) et pour l'envoi de notifications push liées à votre activité dans l'application. Pour envoyer ces notifications, nous enregistrons sur nos serveurs un jeton de notification propre à votre appareil, associé à votre compte.
5. Partage des données et prestataires
Vos informations de contact (numéro de téléphone) associées à une annonce sont visibles par les autres utilisateurs de l'application, dans le seul but de faciliter la mise en relation. Nous ne vendons ni ne partageons vos données à des fins publicitaires avec des tiers. Pour faire fonctionner l'application, nous faisons appel à des prestataires techniques qui hébergent ou traitent des données pour notre compte : Render (serveur), Clever Cloud (base de données), Cloudinary (photos) et Firebase / Google (authentification et notifications). Ces prestataires peuvent être situés en dehors de la Tunisie.
6. Signalements et modération
Vous pouvez signaler une annonce depuis l'application. Le signalement est enregistré et examiné par notre équipe, et nous pouvons retirer les contenus qui enfreignent nos conditions d'utilisation.
7. Conservation et sécurité
Vos données sont conservées tant que votre compte est actif. Nous appliquons des mesures de sécurité raisonnables (authentification sécurisée, contrôle d'accès) pour protéger vos informations contre tout accès non autorisé.
8. Vos droits
Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte et l'ensemble de vos données associées (annonces, données de suivi de dépenses) directement depuis l'application, via Menu → Profil → Supprimer mon compte. Vous pouvez également nous écrire à l'adresse e-mail indiquée en bas de cette page pour toute demande relative à vos données.
9. Utilisateurs mineurs
L'application n'est pas destinée aux enfants de moins de 16 ans. Nous ne collectons pas sciemment de données concernant des mineurs.
10. Modifications de cette politique
Cette politique peut être mise à jour périodiquement. Toute modification importante vous sera communiquée via l'application.
1. Data collected at account creation
When you sign up (by email, via Google Sign-In, or via Sign in with Apple), we collect your last name, first name, and email address. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive the relay address provided by Apple instead of your real address. We do not collect a profile picture, and we do not ask for a phone number when creating your account.
2. Data related to your listings
When you post a listing (vehicle, part, or a « Spotted » post), you manually enter, in the listing form itself, your location (city/region) and a phone number — we never access your GPS location automatically, and we only collect this number if you choose to provide it on a listing. That number is then displayed publicly on the listing so potential buyers can reach you. Photos you upload are hosted through our image provider (Cloudinary) and may be analyzed by our internal AI tool to validate the image or provide a price estimate.
3. Vehicle expense tracker
Data you enter in the expense tracker (fuel, maintenance, repairs, etc.) is strictly private and visible only to you. It is never shared with other users.
4. Notifications, banners, and what we don't do
We do not use any behavioral analytics tools, no advertising network, and we do not track your location in the background. The app displays promotional banners from partner dealerships: they are not personalized and do not rely on any tracking of your data. Firebase is used solely for authentication (sign-in) and for sending push notifications related to your activity in the app. To send these notifications, we store on our servers a notification token specific to your device, linked to your account.
5. Data sharing and service providers
Your contact information (phone number) attached to a listing is visible to other app users, solely to facilitate contact between buyers and sellers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. To run the app, we use technical service providers that host or process data on our behalf: Render (server), Clever Cloud (database), Cloudinary (photos), and Firebase / Google (authentication and notifications). These providers may be located outside Tunisia.
6. Reports and moderation
You can report a listing from within the app. The report is stored and reviewed by our team, and we may remove content that violates our terms of use.
7. Retention and security
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. We apply reasonable security measures (secure authentication, access control) to protect your information from unauthorized access.
8. Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data (listings, expense tracker data) directly within the app, via Menu → Profile → Delete my account. You can also email us at the address shown at the bottom of this page for any request related to your data.
9. Minors
The app is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically. Any significant change will be communicated to you within the app.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها عند إنشاء الحساب
عند التسجيل (عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو حساب Google أو Sign in with Apple)، نقوم بجمع اسمك العائلي واسمك الشخصي وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني. وإذا استخدمت Sign in with Apple واخترت إخفاء بريدك الإلكتروني، فإننا نتلقى عنوان إعادة التوجيه الذي توفره Apple بدلًا من عنوانك الحقيقي. لا نقوم بجمع صورة الملف الشخصي، ولا نطلب رقم هاتف عند إنشاء الحساب.
2. البيانات المتعلقة بإعلاناتك
عند نشر إعلان (مركبة، قطعة غيار، أو منشور «Spotted»)، تُدخل يدويًا في نموذج الإعلان نفسه موقعك (المدينة/الجهة) بالإضافة إلى رقم هاتف — لا نصل أبدًا إلى موقعك عبر GPS بشكل تلقائي، ولا نجمع هذا الرقم إلا إذا اخترت إدخاله في إعلان. يظهر هذا الرقم حينها بشكل علني على الإعلان ليتمكن المشترون المحتملون من التواصل معك. تُستضاف الصور التي تنشرها عبر مزود الصور الخاص بنا (Cloudinary) وقد يتم تحليلها بواسطة أداة الذكاء الاصطناعي الداخلية للتحقق من الصورة أو تقديم تقدير للسعر.
3. متتبع مصاريف المركبة
البيانات التي تدخلها في أداة تتبع المصاريف (الوقود، الصيانة، الإصلاحات، إلخ) خاصة تمامًا ومرئية لك فقط. لا تتم مشاركتها مع أي مستخدم آخر.
4. الإشعارات واللافتات وما لا نقوم به
لا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليل سلوكي، ولا أي شبكة إعلانية، ولا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية. يعرض التطبيق لافتات ترويجية لوكلاء بيع السيارات الشركاء؛ وهي غير مخصصة لك ولا تعتمد على أي تتبع لبياناتك. يُستخدم Firebase فقط للمصادقة (تسجيل الدخول) ولإرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بنشاطك في التطبيق. ولإرسال هذه الإشعارات، نحفظ على خوادمنا رمز إشعار خاصًا بجهازك ومرتبطًا بحسابك.
5. مشاركة البيانات ومزودو الخدمات
معلومات التواصل الخاصة بك (رقم الهاتف) المرتبطة بإعلان تكون مرئية للمستخدمين الآخرين في التطبيق، فقط لتسهيل التواصل بين المشترين والبائعين. لا نبيع أو نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض إعلانية. ولتشغيل التطبيق، نستعين بمزودي خدمات تقنية يستضيفون البيانات أو يعالجونها نيابةً عنا: Render (الخادم)، وClever Cloud (قاعدة البيانات)، وCloudinary (الصور)، وFirebase / Google (المصادقة والإشعارات). وقد تكون خوادم هؤلاء المزودين موجودة خارج تونس.
6. البلاغات والإشراف
يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي إعلان من داخل التطبيق. يتم حفظ البلاغ ومراجعته من طرف فريقنا، وقد نقوم بحذف المحتوى الذي ينتهك شروط الاستخدام.
7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والأمان
يتم الاحتفاظ ببياناتك طالما أن حسابك نشط. نطبق تدابير أمنية معقولة (مصادقة آمنة، التحكم في الوصول) لحماية معلوماتك من أي وصول غير مصرح به.
8. حقوقك
يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به (الإعلانات، بيانات متتبع المصاريف) مباشرة من داخل التطبيق، عبر القائمة ← الملف الشخصي ← حذف حسابي. يمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا على البريد الإلكتروني المذكور أسفل هذه الصفحة لأي طلب يتعلق ببياناتك.
9. القُصَّر
التطبيق غير مخصص للأطفال دون سن 16 عامًا. لا نقوم عن قصد بجمع بيانات القُصَّر.
10. تعديلات هذه السياسة
يمكن تحديث هذه السياسة بشكل دوري. سيتم إعلامك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير جوهري.
